Our food is prepared by our team of chefs under the guidance of Jason, our Exec chef & one of the owners of the Wiremill. Since we took the mill in 2007 we have continued to develop the food, with a number of core values - our people, our suppliers & always fresh.
We have fun here, you will notice Tim (another of our owners) enjoys creating some fun in the menu descriptions. We take all the photographs ourselves, design & write the menus, design the websites, pay all our bills & do pretty much everything it takes to run a boutique pub business.
We personally know all of our suppliers, the farms our produce comes from, the artisan producers we find at shows, who approach us & learn from them as they too begin to build their own business. We make changes to the menu everyday, the menu itself changes every few weeks as we find better ways to make the same dishes or find new dishes with the season in mind.

Kitchen opening times
We are open at 9am everyday of the week for breakfast, served until 11.15am
Our kitchen then stays open ALL DAY, EVERYDAY from 9am - 10pm Monday - Saturday & 9am - 9pm on Sunday's. Our main meals are served from 12noon daily.
