Four chaps, one vision, three pubs...

Its a classic story, we are the guys who were working in the industry seeing publicans day in, day out and one day wondered if it really was a difficult as they all kept saying. Before I go on, it is, but boy is it fun!

We have probably all been there, working for yourself, no one to answer to but you, destiny in your hands. It was a moment of madness that has turned into one of the most challenging, fun, disappointing, exciting adventures which continues to this day.

We are, Anthony, (left) Colin, (middle left) Tim, (middle right) and Jason, (right). We are the proud owners of this amazing venue and another just down the road, well a little further than that, The Grove Ferry, Canterbury.

Each of us brings a different skill to the pub and we are proud to have turned around a venue that has challenged the best operators in the business and made more bankrupt than rich. Winning Pub of the Year at the pub industry oscars, The Publican Awards last year was amazing. We still have a massive amount of work to do, but the mill is well on way to becoming East Grinsteads worst kept secret.

We are surrounded by a brilliant team of individuals who come to work on a daily basis to serve our customers to the best of their abilities and strive to exceed expectations.

Hopefully we will see you in the pub, we are all here at sometime or another...
